Kevin Raum 's professional career spans more than twenty five years as a consultant, manager, entrepreneur and trusted business advisor to presidents, CEOs and business owners and managers at all levels of organizations. His background and experience includes senior roles in management, business development, sales and marketing, product development, strategic planning and facilitation and project and program management. His experience as a business owner provides him with broad exposure to the array of challenges, opportunities, issues and problems that executives and entrepreneurs face.

Kevin brings over 25 years of experience in management, program and project management, and business reengineering. He has held leadership and management positions in a range of companies from a multi-million dollar bio-tech company to large consulting organizations to small privately held companies. His business and management knowledge has come from working with leadership and managers in telecommunications, utilities, consumer products, bio-tech, software, and professional services businesses. He has worked with a wide variety of US and overseas companies, the federal government, and state and local governments.

Already running a successful project management consulting business, Coridium, LLC, Kevin was looking for something that would compliment his consulting work and allow him to leverage his extensive business consulting background. “I was looking for something like the The Alternative Board® (TAB) as a segue from what I had been doing - looking for something that would have greater impact for my clients on a day to day basis,” says Kevin. “TAB has been the right opportunity to leverage skills developed across my business experience. I saw how I could help other business owners and have a real impact that mattered. I have found work that I truly love to do day in and day out.”

Kevin is a TAB-Certified Facilitator and a Strategic Business Leadership-Certified Coach. He attended the University of Maryland, graduating with a degree in Business Management; University of Tennessee graduating with a degree in Forestry. He also graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Masters degree in Business.
